How is the Porsche parts business different today from 30 years ago?

Fortunately, we began building our inventory by parting out '60s and '70s Porsches that were still comparatively fresh.

And at that time there were sufficient numbers of salvage cars to allow us to be selective. Our inventory includes a good percentage of parts from that era. Parts that have been on the road 10-20 years less than what's being salvaged today.

The internet, email, digital cameras etc., has also facilitated transactions made at a distance.
